All Your Dogs are Dead

The work is a collaboration with Jon Klein and explores what it may be like to have or to support patients with dementia. A nursing care home is depicted in the style of a Victorian Children’s theatre to convey an air of unreality as well as to visually depict layers of memory and meaning. In the ‘day room’ a vast television set constantly plays out a repetitive programme. This looped animated film echoes the repetitive routine of the staff and residents of the home.
